One of the star projects of the Government of the Philippines in recent years. The rehabilitation of the building has a panoramic MP Circular elevator fully integrated in its avant-garde design.
The elevator rises inside the central pillar that supports the new roof called the tree of life giving visitors access to to the upper floor.
